Working onsite in Auckland New Zealand for 6 months, I led the creative process from start to finish.
I worked very closely with a number of different stakeholders on this job including the EZIBUY marketing team, EZIBY Omni project managers, TaTa consultants, both BA and project managers as well as front end developers and offshore developers. As the only creative resource I was stretched initially very thin and was involved heavily in the team construction that allowed us to succeed and deliver all our assets on time and to a high standard.
I served as the key liaison, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the in-house marketing team and the outsourced development team.
Despite a some major setbacks along the way with being able to find local resources we were able to push on and solve all the obstacles by reconfiguring the use of available resources and arranging off-shore availability.
